I have now completed a draft of a specification for a software platform for 'connected communities', which is available on my website http://earthconnected.net .
This is actually the culmination of work I have been doing for quite some time, and builds on my DissConnected.Net website, but also, it builds on lots of the discussions we have been holding about the Transition Network Software Platform. I think you will find that it covers much of what Ben proposed in his document and Tom in his diagram plus explanation.
I offer this as a starting point to the specification for the Transition Network as I know people are getting anxious that we get started quickly. Obviously, the replies to the questionnaire will also feed into the Transition Network specification.
I would be grateful for your comments, on overall issues, details and whatever.
