   The parish of Eggesford in the middle of Devon, England, will be holding the Eggesford Gathering on Sat 16th May from 5.00pm onwards at the Wembworthy Outdoor Centre. All residents of the parish and many within walking distance will be personally invited. Whilst not wishing to 'dilute' the attendance with non-residents we are keen to network with any interested Transitioners, Resilient Communities or other people with useful skills and resources nearby, in particular in the rural Taw/Torridge area. The event will be inside and outside with discussion and chat, music, events for children, bring and share food and drink, DIY BBQ. No climate change films or speeches. The event aims to bring together people in the parish and spin-off other community activity. If interested or wish to keep in touch with Eggesford then reply here.
