We've been thinking about our display material for indoor and outdoor events this year. Some kind of "stall" is needed to visually announce who we are and what we're about. We were offered funding for cheap and cheerful printed pop-up banners but turned it down on the grounds that a metal and plastic throwaway banner was not in keeping with the Transition ethos. Now we're wondering what to use instead. Painted silk flags? Recycled card displays? Standard velcro display boards? Ideally something that can be carried by anyone on a bike? What have other groups found that works well?
