Grass roots grants are currently available and don't forget the Awards for All and Big Lottery local food grants. Money will become available next year through the Sustainable Communities Act. Lots of pots out there, but as always with funding it is easier to get money for a project that for the day to day stuff like staff and overheads. This will avoid us all going after the same funders, and will help us identify where joint bids might make more sense.
