Editor note: this session was difficult to write up. It's clear that this area is a major concern and the group dealing with it had many more questions than answers. This is a key area where we need to gather in some professional resource, possibly from within existing transition initiatives, possibly from without it.
I'll include it in the survey to assess how high a priority it is for the communities.
