A very simple guide to editing the wiki.
If you don't know what a wiki is click here.
To edit the wiki first find a page you want to edit or add to. Then:
- Click Edit on the Left Hand Menu - at the bottom.
- You'll be asked for a password - it's ttwiki.
- A box will appear - edit the text in the box to change the page.
- When you have finished scroll down and click Save. (it's good manners to enter your initials or name).
If you are at all unsure of trying this you can practice safely in the sandbox.
Enter or change text just like you would in a normal word-processor. And:
- Put two exclamation marks (!!) for a heading.
- Put three (!!!) for a sub-heading.
- Bullets start with a star (*) or a hash (#).
- To upload a file enter: Attach:filename.ext.
To create a link to another page put it in double square brackets ([[ ]]) . You need to get the case right (upper- or lower-case).
To create a page do exactly the same but choose a page name that doesn't already exist. When you Save you will see a link to a page. Click on that and you'll start editing the page.
