Brief notes from EDAP group meeting

the EDAP process
- we can work with what we have got, with the groups projects and ideas, this is our transition
or
- we can do some thorough research into our resources and have an extensive process of community consulation
at the moment in light of the extent of our resources and the groups' rescources and in the absence of funding, we will go with what we have got, indeed this is in complete agreement with our aims and principles
publication of the EDAP
- we will see what we have got in January and we could simply publish the document internally or go with it to certain groups and organisations or publish it widely
the next EDAP meeting (July 4th)
- the groups will present their EDAPs so far and existing and potential projects and ideas
- the EDAP group will present what we've been doing, ie the funding bid, our discussions of the EDAP process, our intention to go with what we have and have fun with it
- a think/listen session on our next steps
