Notes from our meeting 22/11/07
We agreed to run an event for TTL active in which we can all reflect on the past year and begin to build a vision of what Lewes might look like in the future, this as a first step towards creating an EDAP for Lewes. The initial planning will be done by Pippa and Hermione Elliott who is an experienced group facilitator.
Totnes now have in place a person who is drawing up 3 future scenarios for energy descent with regard to Peak Oil and Climate Change, a worst, best and medium case scenario. These can be used to guide our EDAP. They are also determining a number of "resilience factors" which we will be able to use to measure our progress towards a sustainable Lewes.
Adrienne is beginning to look into funding a post to co-ordinate the EDAP and also for running events such as the one above.
