These are the projects we currently have underway:

  • Lewes business research - research into the impact of climate change and rising energy prices on local businesses - Contact point: Patrick
  • A local, business-oriented gateway to knowledge and information about climate change and peak oil - LoveLewes.com - Contact point: Pete
  • Developing an Energy Transition Plan (or EDAP) - showing how we make the transition to a world with much higher energy prices - Contact point: Oliver
  • A complementary currency - a way of ensuring money spent locally stays in the local econcomy. This work has spawned its own group. - Contact point: Adrienne
  • An introductory "primer" on the issues raised by climate change, peak oil, and rising energy prices for the Lewes business community - Contact point: Chris
  • Liaison with the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, and other local groups - Contact point: Pete
