The Great Reskilling Programme - summer 2008
As we gradually reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, we start to relearn the everyday skills used by our grandparents and share new ones. The Great Reskilling aims to help us develop a sense of community wellbeing and resilience.

WOLF CAMP FOR TEENAGERS
16 – 18 May
Circle of Life Rediscovery
Location: Powdermill Woods, East Sussex.
How does the wolf, a hunter, survive in the woods - making his shelter and his fire, tracking her prey, skinning...wolves work as a pack, a team.
Introduction to life in the wild: learning how to live like the wolf: tracking and hunting by day and by night, games, wild food, traditional teachings and stories, environmental wisdom, fire making, having fun, making new friends round the fire.

FORAGING FOR WILD FOOD AND MEDICINAL PLANTS

A guided woodland walk to learn about nature's wonderful summer provisions. Discover plants for food and medicine and taste some finds cooked over a fire.

WILD PLANTS - A CLOSER LOOK
