In July 2009, we had a letter published in the Leicester Mercury calling for some discussion on new ideas for future of the Ecotown site - see it here.

In June 2009, the Leicester Mercury ran a story on Whetstone Community Harvest, the Community Supported Agriculture project that Transition Leicester is looking to develop - read it here.

BBC East Midland's Inside Out did a piece on the Transition movement in January 2009, which can be seen here.

In January 2009, Andrew Reeves did a First Person column for the Leicester Mercury on new evidence that the climate situation is more urgent than we previously thought. Read it as published here or as a word document here.
