would like to invite you to “Willow Works” Kildare Town March 17th 2010
the main purpose of this project is to introduce Willow into the Community and create an awarness of Willow and its many uses and how this sustainable material can be used in the Community.
Willow Works will be working with Kildare Transition Town and any other groups or individuals interested in Transation.
Working hands on we will plant out a Willow bed to provide future materials for our Community Garden. We will also learn how to make plant supports, a must for all your peas, beans, sweet pea, etc. Information will be available on Living Willow Structures, Tunnels, Domes, Arbours, Fedges, Plays Areas, etc.

Hands on workshops all materials will be provided, if you have a pair of secateurs please bring them otherwise tools will be provided.
