Transition town Market Harborough
Tell me,

In September 2007 Market Harborough became the 22nd town in the UK to succesfully met the criteria to start the process of being a transition town.Transition Announcement
We are the second town after Nottingham in the East Midlands and the first in Leicestershire to undertake this process.
The steering group consists of

Councillors Alistair Swatridge, Paul Bremner and Dr Sarah Hill have also expressed interests in becoming involved. Sharon Shannon the chair of the Harborough Chamber of trade and commerce has offered her help where she can.
